What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller and you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are normally made to an original card and can take up to Thirty days to credit back. However, some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, such as only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please consult the original sellers refund policy.

  • Watches (except those sold in Sports & Outdoors)

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

Whenever you return a large or bulky item that has been delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you throughout the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized customer service team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
